I’m Debbie Schulte — a lifelong learner, horsewoman, author, businesswoman, gardener, and lover of all living things. My husband and I have raised five children and now have seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, along with a few dogs, chickens, and rescue horses who’ve taught me as much about patience and trust as any book ever could.

I share what I learn about horses, farm life, natural living, healthy soil, simple foods, and self-sufficiency here on the blog, along with stories from our small farm and horse haven. When I’m not in the garden or the pasture, I’m designing nature-inspired art and journals for my Etsy and Redbubble shops, or writing books about the quiet lessons animals and the land teach us.
